I have been contacted by a number of constituents regarding a potential planning application off Springside Road. Several residents in your local area have received a three-page document entitled “Proposed Residential Development: Land Adjacent 62 Springside Road, Bury” from Cornell Group. In case you have not seen this document, I have uploaded a copy that you can access below.
I wanted to make sure you had this information as some local residents had not. The document from Cornell Group states “A planning application will be shortly submitted to Bury Council”. I have been in touch with Bury Council who have told me “To date we have heard nothing nor received anything in relation to a permission in principle on Springside Road.”
I intend to write to Mr Unsworth of Cornell Group with my views on this application but I want to make sure this is representative of local residents opinion so I wanted to ask if you would share your views with me, which you can do in the form below.
