I welcome the announcement today that A-Level, GCSE and year 6 SATS exams will not go ahead this year.
I have been lobbying for this for some time now and it is good to see that it has finally paid off.
Children's lives have seen significant disruption this academic year and it is right that they are assessed in a way that recognises that.
