Oppose the GM clean air charge

I have consistently opposed the introduction of the Greater Manchester clean air charge, back on April 14th of last year I stated this very clearly and you can see this below. It will cause damage to businesses as they seek to recover from the pandemic. 

Together with other GM Conservative MP's, I have written to Ministers, council leaders and the Mayor of GM to raise our concerns and urge a rethink of this damaging plan. You can see the full letter below.
