James Daly MP speaks on the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Bill

Last night I spoke in the debate on the Government's Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Bill, that is currently passing through Parliament.

It is absolutely right that the Government defend free speech across all sections of society.
