James Daly MP speaks out on the CAZ at PMQ's

On the 28th July last year, every Labour Councillor in Bury voted in favour of Andy Burnham’s plan to impose a 493 square mile clean air charging zone upon my Bury North constituents and the residents of Greater Manchester.

Today, I raised this important issue at Prime Minister’s Questions.
