Yorkshire 3 Peaks Team

Bury Hospice holds a very special place in the hearts of many of us in Bury, Ramsbottom & Tottington. Whether they have cared for a family member, a friend or supported those in dealing with the grief of losing a loved one, the hospice is a vital part of our towns and villages.

On the 3rd of September, myself and members of my team will be taking part in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Trek to raise vital funds to ensure the hospice can continue supporting people in Bury, Ramsbottom & Tottington.

The trek is a 24-mile walk around the rugged terrain of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Myself, Chris, Liam, Luis and Jack would be immensely grateful for any donations you can give.

About James Daly

Born in Huddersfield, James spent most of his working career as a criminal defence solicitor and local councillor in Bury. Before his election to Parliament, James was a partner in a local Law Firm where he was also head of the Conveyancing Department. He is a governor of two schools and was, until recently, Chair of a nursery school that was recently awarded an outstanding Ofsted inspection. He is 41 and has lived and worked in the North West for 14 years. He is married to Jo, and has two young sons.  In his spare time, James is an avid rugby league and cricket supporter.
