Culture can play a central role in levelling up throughout the North of England and today I asked the Secretary of State what his department is doing to enable this.
In my role as Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Northern Culture I meet many fantastic organisations to see the work that they are doing, but today I wanted to highlight the work of the Ramsbottom Co-op Hall Heritage Trust. The Co-op Hall has the potential to be a cultural gem for Ramsbottom once again and I will continue to support the work of the trust.
